We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return or refund, please send an email including:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

• a replacement product
• or a refund

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we may not accept returns for used items unless they are defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
